GK - ADEBAYO ADELEYE - HAPOEL JERUSALEM

Adebayo Adeleye had an outstanding performance, making seven saves in Hapoel Jerusalem's 2-1 victory at home to Maccabi Haifa.

LB - HAMDI AKUJOBI - ALMERE CITY FC

Hamdi Akujobi was impressive on both ends of the pitch, scoring a goal and making three clearances in Almere City FC's come-from-behind 3-2 away win against ADO.

CB - KEVIN AKPOGUMA - HOFFENHEIM

Kevin Akpoguma had a solid performance, making three tackles and four interceptions to help Hoffenheim secure an impressive 1-1 draw at champions Bayern Munich.

CB - IGOH OGBU - SLAVIA PRAGUE

In a thrilling 3-3 derby draw with city rivals, Sparta Prague, Igoh Ogbu made five interceptions and scored a goal to prove his worth to Slavia Prague.

RB - BRIGHT OSAYI-SAMUEL - FENERBAHCE

Bright Osayi-Samuel was a threat on the right flank, creating two chances and winning ten duels to help Fenerbahce secure a 2-1 win against Ankaragucu.

MF - RAPHAEL ONYEDIKA - CLUB BRUGGE

Club Brugge managed a not-so-pleasing goalless draw at Westerlo, but Raphael Onyedika can be satisfied with his performance after winning seven duels and creating one chance.

CAM - CHUBA AKPOM - MIDDLESBROUGH

Chuba Akpom was the hero for Middlesbrough, was among the goals, and created one chance in their massive 5-1 win against Norwich City.

LF - GIFT MONDAY - UDG TENERIFE

Gift Monday had a fantastic performance, scoring two goals to help UDG Tenerife secure a 2-3 away win over Levante Las Planas.

ST - CYRIEL DESSERS - CREMONESE

Cyriel Dessers was the hero for Cremonese, scoring the only goal in their 1-0 win over Empoli.

ST - MUHAMED TIJANI - BANIK OSTRAVA

Muhamed Tijani was in top form, scoring both goals to help Banik Ostrava secure a 2-1 win against title-chasing Viktoria Plzen.

RF - BABAJIDE AKINTOLA - ADANA DEMIRSPOR

Babajide Akintola was on fire, scoring two goals and creating two chances to help Adana Demirspor secure a 5-0 win over Kasımpaşa. His outstanding performance earns him our Nigerian Star of the Week honours.
