Rasheedat Ajibade signs three year contract extension with Atletico Madrid

22-year old Super Falcons forward, Rasheedat Ajibade has put pen to paper on a new three-year deal with Atletico Madrid Feminino.

Rasheedat joined the side in January 2021, and won the Spanish Copa de la Reina trophy in the same month. She has scored 7 goals in only 10 starts since joining, including 5 goals so far this the 2021/22 season

Speaking exclusively to EaglesTracker following the official announcement by her club, Rasheedat said “I am excited that the club has trusted me after only one season and I am looking forward to more success over the next three years together.”

27-year old Super Falcons striker, Roosa Ariyo joins Real Betis in the Spanish Primera Iberdrola on a deal until 2023.

She joins the side currently sitting 9th in the league table after only making 9 appearances with UDG Tenerife since joining in the summer of 2021.

Speaking to the club’s official media after the announcement of her signing, she said “I am very happy to be here, I think we have a good team,” he said in his first statements. I can play as a nine, run into space and score goals”, all to help the team.”
