Heracles Almelo striker, and NEtherlands Eredvisie top goalscorer, Cyriel Dessers, has pledged and fully committed his international future to the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
The 24-year old, born to a Dutch father and a Nigerian mother, would be hoping to provide stiff competition to Victor Osimhen, who has been in excellent form for both Lille and Nigeria since taking over the starting no 9 spot from Odion Ighalo.
Dessers released an official statement via the NFF today, saying:
“After series of discussions with the NFF president, Amaju Pinnick.
I have decided to fully commit myself to Nigeria and the Super Eagles, and I am going to work to be a part of the team and fight for more success for the country. I am a proud Nigerian, and I can’t wait to fulfill my dream of wearing the green white green.”
Would you like to see him as a part of the Super Eagles ?
